I bought this bed for daughter as a previous one ( metal) I purchased back in February , decided to collapse. This bed is brilliant !! I am so pleased with it. My husband assembled it by himself In not a very long period at all. It is solid ,sturdy and most of all very quiet.I would like to thank amazon and Monkey Beds for such an excellent service MONKEY BEDS DELIVERED IT 5 days earlier than amazon had stated. I very much like the bed. It is not hard to set up but it takes some time.Perfect to sleep on. Very comfortable. Size and height are both perfect for me. Highly recommended.The seller is very lovely. Very quick respond to any of my questions and worries. The bed was dispatched soon after I placed the order.The only reason I did not give the fifth start is that the delivery company has not been very helpful. Apart from that, everything is lovely.

I ordered this bed in November 2013. When I went to assemble the headboard where you screw the foot in it was faulty. I contacted the seller and they sent me out a replacement headboard quickly. All great I thought. Boy was I wrong. Within 4 months the Leg had broken from the headboard yet again. When I contacted the seller they originally offered to replace the bed. Having had problems with the bed twice in 4 months I decided that I didnt want a replacement but I wanted a refund. No problem said the seller as long as it is returned in its original packaging. Seriously!! Who keeps the original packaging for 4 months (especially that off a double bed). After a lot of emails complaining about this, the seller eventually told me they would neither replace nor refund the bed and the communication stopped. I contacted Amazon about this and they would not do anything about it also. It appears once Amazon have your money they are not interested in their customers either.Do not buy this bed unless you want to be out pocket.

I bought this bed for my daughter and she is really pleased with it. no problems at all with the erecting and looks great in her bedroom. would recommend this product. came within 3 days

First of all the bed arrvied in 2 days, compared to the projected 1 week this was very welcome. It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy and well made. If it was more expenise, it would be 4 stars but the price means it deservies 5.

Instructions were a little jumbled up but got there in the end

It seems to be a good solid construction (steel frame). I waited until a guest actually spent a few nights on it before commenting on its comfort. I can now say that I have no concerns about the bed frame or its ability to offer a good night's sleep.
