English Pewter Company 1914 Vintage Classic Shaving Mug Bowl [WW904]

This is a beautiful scuttle! Very solid with a nice weight to it. On the smaller side, but that shouldn't be a problem.The reason I am giving it 3 stars and not 5 is becuase the brush rest protrudes WAY too far into the bowl. Further than it does in the picture. I must have gotten a bad one. This protrusion makes it unusable for all but very small brushes. I am very dissapointed becuause I was hoping to enjoy a nice shave with it! Ideally the rest should be flush with the bowl. I am still in two minds about returning it becuase it just looks so nice... I might have to modify it a bit, which is a shame considering the price.I mean to be fair, I ought to give it one star considering it doesn't actually work, but I'll be nice.

Very nice shaving mug that is the most practical shaving equipment I own...drains the shave soap well and filled with warm water it keeps the brush wet between passes. Costs a bit but should last a lifetime...great gift for a wet shave enthusiast.

Arrived on time. Nice looking product which works. I like it. Now just got to convince my wife that it does not belong in the cupboard!
