Why the battery cannot charge.

Why does the product has been fully charged,but the brush head does not spin after being turned on?

Kidnly check whether the brush head is tightly connected with the extension rod and handle.If it's been well connected and hasn't been soaked in water too long, but the item still can't work,please contact via your Amazon order

The brush is hard to control, it spins.

In the process of use, try to make the brush fit with the clean surface, avoid only using the edge of the brush and the clean surface contact. If it's just edge contact, it's harder to control the brush, and edge rotation can cause the brush to fly.
