This is most definitely pure talc.
I understand it has multiple uses of course in the gym over for drying out so you don't get chafed. It does its job extremely well in fact. It doesn't get any better than this. This is the most definitely the quality that you want when you're working with crafts when you're like making your plasters. I forgot the word I'm trying to come up with but we all know what I'm talking about. I would definitely recommend this.

Nice value. Multiple uses.
Excellent scent-free separation powder for sand casting. Works with Petrobonf, Delft and and oiless casting sands. The value is excellent the consistency is great because it's pure talc. The applications vary from shop to body talc. This is a lot of talc.

Seems to be what it says on the label.
It's powder. It keeps things dry and non-sticky. It doesn't feel like cornstarch and if I put water on a bit, it doesn't turn into slime or glue. There's a slight sparkle to the tiny grains as well that you can't get out of cornstarch -- if that's an additive, I'm not sure, but I have no reason to believe it's anything other than the talc that's printed on the label. The can is a decent size, and I was able to put a small puffy applicator in it. Not sure how long it will last, but I'm happy with it for now. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find something that isn't cornstarch, so I'm happy. Just don't breathe the stuff in. If you're making a cloud of dust, you're almost certainly doing it wrong. The only downside I see is the can itself. The lid tends to not go on straight and takes some fiddling to make it work without cross-threading. I'm not sure what it is in the shape or the top of the threads that leads to this, but it doesn't bother me enough to worry about it too much. I'm really searching for some kind of negative and can only come up with that, so don't let the negative there impact your decision on this too much.

I use it for my hair
I have thin fine hair that gets oily fast so I use a little of this in my hair. I just put a small amount in my hand and rub my hands together and run it through my hair. It makes my hair look 10x thicker and no more grease. It actually works better than the dry shampoo. I can go through a spray bottle of dry shampoo in a few days so I stopped using it. This works better and cheaper in the long run. Just a small amount goes a long ways.

Not as soft as the scented talc body powder I got from another brand.
I wanted pure unscented talc to use as a body powder. I have noticed that modern body powders are mostly made of cornstarch and are not as soft as real talc body powder and cornstarch being a plant product could potentially be subject to mold and fungi So I prefer real talc body powder but those contain perfumes and I wanted to try unscented. I suppose since this powder is made for other purposes it is not ground as fine. Other wise it is good.
