I’m not one to use bath salts often but soma soak has it right. Besides smelling great, this product holds true to recovery and relaxation. I work 12 stressful hour days in a hospital and I’m constantly running on my feet, I really needed something for muscle recovery and sure enough Soma Soak has that product. After taking a bath with this product I get the best sleep and my legs/feet feel refreshed to go back to work.This product also works really well as an exfoliate. I have relatively oily skin and it clears it right up after use. It leaves my skin smooth and it doesn’t leave red marks like other brands out there.

I just discovered this awesome bath salt called Soma Soak on Amazon. It’s like a spa in a bag. First, the smell is amazing and my skin felt super soft after using it as a body scrub. Plus, it’s extremely effective as a deep soak in the bathtub for soothing achy muscles after a workout. As an older athlete I have also used it as a poultice and it really helps. I’m glad I can order Soma on Amazon so I won’t run out of this healing compound. Soma Soak contains vitamin C and other healing minerals, and I love that it’s US sourced and packaged. Soma is definitely a must have for so many good reasons. I highly recommend.

My girlfriend recommended this product after I kept complaining about how sore I was after my workouts. At 61 years old, my body doesn’t recover after strenuous exercise like it did even 10-12 years ago. After a few hours of chopping and stacking wood for holiday fires, I was feeling my age more than I wanted to admit. A 1/2 hour soak in the tub (OF COURSE I was watching football on the iPad and drinking a cold beer at the same time) using these bath salts, I felt rejuvenated, invigorated and damn near young again!Nicely done who ever invented this stuff.Nicely done.The product works.

This bath soak from Soma Soak is mostly epsom salt based. The first ingredient is Magnesium Sulfate "AKA" epsom salt. The following ingredients are: fragrances, eucalyptus oil, Magnesium chloride flakes, vitamin E, peppermint, mandarin oil, Vitamin A, dead sea salt and Vitamin C. I do a lot of yoga for my work outs, and enjoy baths for both recovery and relaxation.I find this combination blend of bath salts very enjoyable, and offer relief from post work out muscle soreness and tension. I normally do dead sea salt baths and am used to having it not dissolve quickly in my bath. This product also takes time to completely dissolve. I'm not sure if it's the dead sea salts and epsom salts in this that take longer, but it's not an immediate dissolve. The scent is an uplifting citrus/mint/eucalyptus.I'll definitely use this all up, but I wish they would've disclosed the entire ingredient list since there is a disparity with them having more epsom salts in this blend instead of magnesium chloride flakes.

I tried this product for my son who is an athlete, and myself for better recovery from exercise. The aroma therapy was great, it helped me instantly relax. The essential oils and minerals worked wonders from a long week. The citrus mint smell was just the right dose, not over powering at all. One bag lasted for several usages making it worth the low price. I will be sticking with this brand for the foreseeable future.

I thought I would try this because I really enjoy a nice soak in a Epsom salt bath. I got my package on time and when I picked it up something was off right away. I was already feeling off about the high cost and now to receive half a bag of product I will continue with the kind I use normally I feel scammed.

Much too expensive for what it is, which is primarily coarse epsom salt. You can buy pure epsom salt for less than $1/lb (or less than $2/lb if you don't buy in bulk), making this product super expensive for what it is, at almost $5/lb at time of writing (and it was more expensive previously). It smells nice in the bag but not very strong once put in a bath. And the amount of magnesium chloride in this product is LESS than the scent (fragrance and essential oil), which is laughable... if the manufacturer's label is correct. Not a great value at all.
