The best "instant" yeast
I've been using this yeast for several years. It's the best I've come across. It needs no activation and 7g is sufficient for a 500g loaf.. I've kept it in the freezer for 3 years and it still works just fine. Not the cheapest but the cheapest of anything is usually not the best!

Always cautious changing my bread recipe but bought this based on reviews and it's brilliant in my breadmaker (sorry, traditionalists) making wholemeal bread. Converted! Kept in freezer so it'll last a few months.
