MicroporeSurgical Tape 5M 1.25Cm - Pack of 3

I used this tape to cover my thumb cuticles which I have picked at for 20+ years and my nails were really damaged. It was just the right amount of sticky on my nails, and easy to tear off the roll into appropriate sized strips to stick across my cuticles. Edges curled a bit but stayed on during showering and even swimming. It’s taken 6 months for my nails to grow out completely, but no longer any signs of damage. And now that the habit is broken, I don’t need to tape my nails all the time anymore. For the relatively low cost of these rolls (in 6 months, I’ve used 5-6) I’ve got transformed hands that I’m no longer embarrassed about

I purchased this tape to secure a wound dressing.It's a nice product, with fairly good adhesion compared to other tapes I have tried.My only slight issue is that with the tape being quite narrow, it does make it a little harder to secure dressings without the tape slipping off, but using a couple of layers of the tape usually helps this issue.However, the price really does make up for having to use a bit of extra tape here and there, so overall I can't really complain about this product and will most likely use it in future when the need arises!

Works well good value for money

My Gran was a big fan of 'Micropore'. It would solve every injury. We often joked that, along with Savlon antiseptic cream, a bit of micropore would hold a severed finger on until it healed. From my earliest memories of Micropore in the 70's through to today, I have tried other brands and while they are less expensive, they also have different faults over durability or stickiness. 3M Micropore has been consistent over the years and I simply do not buy any other brand now.
