Don't usually write these but very impressed with this unit. Purchased to remove wallpaper from an investment property but it quickly adapted to a cleaning workhorse! Took wallpaper down with ease and then quickly transformed to a window cleaner, floor cleaner and more. Never missed a beat. Love the floor cleaner as you can clamp in regular micro fiber cloths and avoid paying for specific pads. This is a winner, already paid for itself several times over.

Great size, works well

This leaks. Also doesn’t allow you to clean a whole shower before running out of water and then you can’t open to refill it for at least an hour. The machine has to be completely cold for you to be able to open the reservoir. Very disappointed in this item! I also think I was sent a used one because there was water on the item when I opened it!!!

It’s take more than 40 seconds to heat up

I was missing 2 things one I never received the blur pad and and fabric streamer head very upset

I've tried many steam cleaners and this one is my favorite cleans very well only problem is the pressure cap gets stuck and won't allow you to open it so I just took the plastic cap off and now I can just use players or hand to unscrew

I used this for general cleaning but decided to pull the extension polls out to do my floor. This was the result One pole is fine The other one just cracked.This is the fifth steamer I have purchased from Amazon and I think it's going to be my last they don't make good ones anymore.
