It's useful.
I used it several times when taking a lot of zinc for fighting sinus infection. Trying to keep zinc and copper in balance.

A great large bottle that is easy to open and use. It is mostly tasteless and should be very healthful.

Who knew having low copper was an issue?
My mom hematologist ran a bunch of tests on her and discovered that she has low iron and low copper levels. She was able to get an iron transfusion to get her levels back to normal. But nowhere near her did anyone do copper transfusions. She had bought some copper tablets from GNC and it really didn’t bring her levels back up. After using this for one week, her doctor said her levels are starting to go up.

It’s working cooper levels rising!!
It’s working I got my blood work!! My cooper levels increased from 60 to 65! It raises it gently and slowly. But it’s working and my zinc decreased a bit but you have to balance both zinc and copper they compete for absorption. Soon my copper levels will return to normal
