It got this thick very quickly. The color is as expected from the picture. It is comfy for my liking. It is not too soft and too hard either. The weight distribution is good enough that you don’t really need to stick the back side to the recliner unless you move around so much. I am happy with the purchase. I wish it was slightly thinner than this but that’s just a personal preference.

This thing came and it looks like it was used. Not real happy with it the tape keeps coming loose on the back of chair.

*in case others are wondering how to install this pillow .... the hook and loop (AKA Velcro); it's probably easier for two people to do this with one standing in the back of the chair .. second person sits in the chair holding the pillow against the neck and recliner .. well the other person adjusts the velcro to be used sticking onto the recliner itself .. in terms of adjustability; it is pretty much holding the pillow to the desired position and then leaning back .. I'm pretty sure the velcro is just designed for a one person designated to sit in that particular chair kind of thing .. because once you stick the velcro piece onto the back it is adjusted for that particular person only .. anybody else would just either move it up or down by holding the pillow itself and then leaning backwards .. hopefully that makes some sense because there are no real instructions to this other than the ad itself .... in terms of quality .. it's not bad at all .. recommended for that designated single person recliner user ...**suggestion..for a future design I would suggest removing the pillow itself from the cloth and have the cloth velcro to the chair .. maybe even using a different type of cloth that mimics the velcro and have the back of the pillow with a large piece of Velcro that way you can adjust the pillow up and down to suit the user height

I purchased two of the recliner neck pillows. Hubby and I find the soft comfort level of the pillows to be perfect. The size and width fit our recliners. We also like that the pillows do not permanently attach to our chairs because we can adjust them up or down for our necks or back. A good value for the money.

The media could not be loaded. Wasn't happy with the product waited 24 hours for the benefit of the doubt It should have inflated up to at least 4 in it's still a half inch I just don't got a lot of money I have cancer and for me to return this it's 80 mi round trip because I live in the middle of the desert second product I got burned on within 2 weeks and I've spent thousands and I think I'm going to have to start walking into stores again I'm not doing this anymore It was comfortable gentle from my house but it's not no more Not if I have to do returns all the time or I won't keep my money back I wasn't my mistake It was yours faulty product make the customer pay right again and again and again I miss good customer service I do It's not the same no more but life is over I mean I only maybe got a year or two left and why not just threw it so we made money from sending me the wrong product

I wanted something that would keep my head a little more forward while watching TV, it is so soft that my head just compressed it to a quarter of an inch thick and it's like I have nothing behind it again. I cannot recommend this product. I will probably end up just stuffing it with something else and throwing the cloud inside in the trash.
