Nongshim Shin Ramyun are hands-down my favourite instant noodles. The broth is real spicy (and I love that!), so if you’re not a spice fan these probably aren’t for you. But if you do like heat, the flavour is rich, savoury and seriously satisfying.The noodles themselves are low-key great quality springy and chewy, not mushy like some other brands.
