I do believe these help my memory and productivity. No flavor as they are small capsules and swallow easily. I had a Chinese herbal doctor give me a mixed blend that had this for a main ingredient (for sleep and memory/cognitive). The doctor's herbs were expensive and I wondered if it would work to just buy the Polygala tenuifolia alone. I think they are definitely effective for the brain and being alert. I am 66 years old and still working. I will continue taking these. For sleep, I don't notice that I sleep better because of them but I only take 1 a day and before lunchtime for my work habits.

I wanted to try this supplement in an attempt to replace my ADHD meds. Initially I felt no difference day to day. However, after taking this consistently, I've noticed that I wasn't getting frustrated or overwhelmed as easily at work. I really loved this supplement, but I had to stop taking it because it gave me chest tightness and pain. I experimented and took a break from polygala, after including it again in my daily stack the chest pain returned. Really sad that this didn't work out for me.

I cycle this Mon-Fri with weekend breaks and it works great. I think it has helped with minor low mood and low-grade depression. My ADHD psychiatrist recommended it to me. I tried it first with 4 weeks straight and 2 weeks off and those two weeks were BRUTAL. So smaller cycling works best for me.

Really was expecting something better, gave in 2 separate chances on 2 separate bottles. I’m only giving it a 3 because it does tend to do a little bit of something but in the end it wasn’t worth keeping in my supplement rotation.

This product is great for relieving stress

I think it helped my sleep.. let's see. I do have a pretty serious sleep problem, likely coupled with anxiety
