I’ve been taken the marine collagen for several months. Maybe coincidence, but my nail are growing so fast & my hair appears to have halted some of the hair loss I was suffering from. My skin has also improved - it hasn’t cured the wrinkles, but I don’t think there’s a magic potion for that😉. Easy to take, so I’ll continue taking . Make sure you not take an empthy stomach !
