Lily’s Kitchen Smooth Lamb Paté Complete Nutrition Adult Cat Food 19 x 85g

We had tried our rescue cat on some individual tins of this from the supermarket before buying as some reviews said that cats could be a little picky with this. I imagine it’s simply because it’s not like your standard icky low percentage meat wet cat food. And most cats are ingrained into this diet, so it’s something very different.Firstly packaging- it’s a small square cardboard box with the boxes of 8 tins packed inside. Very easy to store and keeps everything together. Another major draw for us is that Lily’s kitchen tins and packaging are completely recyclable. Unlike all the millions of cat food pouches other companies still use.The cat food itself is fab. Yes as other people have mentioned it smells a little stronger than other cat foods but I honestly believe it’s bevause it’s full of the good stuff, and much less of the bad. Our cat has tried all the varieties now and loves the lot but I would say hunters hotpot disappears the fastest! The texture of the meals is much nicer than other brands.The price of these is fantastic compared to per portion in the supermarket. Yes it’s more expensive than your standard brands but what you’re getting is 65% real meat and a lot of goodness. And I have to say we’ve noticed the difference, her coat is glossy and soft and she seems much more interested in her food. And I do believe what they say - pay more for food and less for vets bills.All in all I 100% back Lily’s kitchen, not just for their good cat food ingredients but also for their values - recyclable packaging etc. And I know our cat backs them too :) but then she’s totally lead by her stomach!

My 14 year old Russian blue cat really enjoys lillys kitchen pate .she only eats fish and is a bit fussy but this seems to please her a couple of times a week .she does like a wide variety of the more pricey brands of food textures and flavours .this is the only lillys kitchen flavour she will tuck into though .cats are hilarious little things and very much in control of us humans .at least she didn't try to cover this up as she has with other unmentionable brands (as if it was something nasty in her litter tray ).it's a shame they don't do a pack of mixed fish pate flavours .

This is good quality paté cat food. It smells like real meat, unlike the cheaper wet food brands that just smell like 'cat food', which I can't stand. After just a week or so feeding one to my cat every day alongside the LK dry food, her coat is so much smoother and shinier! It is quite expensive so I like to alternate every few weeks between these and other wet foods but this makes a noticeable difference.I liked the variety option so that I could change up my cat's meals every few days and try the different flavours out. My cat loves the hunter's hotpot and lamb casserole flavours, she finishes them off in one go. She is not so keen on the chicken and will only nibble on it before leaving about 3/4 of the portion sitting, and I end up having to throw it away. I've now started halving the portions. The poultry pie gives my cat terrible bowel movements but I've recently discovered that this may be an intolerance of sorts to turkey. It also has a very different consistency to the lamb and hotpot flavours - it is much more of a smooth paté whereas lamb and hotpot have more of a chunky quality to them.

I bought a mixed pack of 30. They are not all smooth, some flavours have bits of meat or are a chunkier pate. My cat just licks the chunkier pate and leaves all the bits! Packs are recyclable.

I've always fed my 2 cat's dry food as did the breeder but I felt that they wasn't getting enough nutrition so I tried them on lily's kitchen as 1 of my cat's has a sensetive tummy and can't have grains, they loved this food and their bowls are licked clean.

The duck pate from this mix pack has such a horrible smell, it causes gagging in humans and the cats just run away from it. There are 2 tins of it in each pack. 8 in total went to the bin. Do the math to calculate the total cost of the waste. It is obvious that there was a problem with either the ingredients or production, but still the product is being sold, this is a very unfair trading practice. It is a goodbye to Lily’s Kitchen from us.

Da mein sich Kater von dem ganzen Supermarktgelumpe stetig vermehrt übergeben hat, musste also das Futter umgestellt werden. Habe viel probiert, bin zuletzt bei diesem hängen geblieben, dank Spar-Abo auch zu einem akzeptablen Preis.Natürlich ist es nicht super easy, eine Katze die nur zucker- und getreidehaltiges Futter gewohnt ist (siehe 0815 Futter aus dem Supermarkt) plötzlich von heut auf morgen an gesundes Futter zu gewöhnen. (Ein Mensch der nur Fast Food isst, möchte auch nicht plötzlich nur noch Salat essen ;)) daher Geduld! Die negativen Bewertungen sind daher meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.Mein Kater liebt es mittlerweile und frisst nichts anderes mehr, verträgt es auch sehr gut. 😊

J'aime bien gâter mes minettes et leur donner des aliments de très bonne qualité. Ces petits pâtés sont parfaits même s'ils ont un coût qui en fait plus des gâteries et les chattes de la maison le vivent comme ça. Quand je sors ces petits pâtés là, ça roucoule dans mes jambes.Faits avec des recettes de qualité à base d'une bonne rasade de viande, chaque pâtée fait un repas complet ou une demie portion pour deux chats. Les minettes ne s'y trompent pas, elles n'en font pas beaucoup de bouchées.

De vez en cuando un capricho para mi gato y tan saludable como este, Vale la pena!No tiene rellenos basura y no cambia ni la consistencia ni el olor de los residuos de mi mascota!
