This ro filter is looking very good. But it's stopped working within few days. No service backup and no repair possible. It's cooling function stopped within 1 week of use. Side outlet is placed at very awkward position. Heating and cooling chambers are placed in such way that they can stop working anytime and same happened to me. Amazon and bepure both do not want to help. They want to sell only. So basically a use and throw (within a month) product. You want to throw your money, you can buy it. Ease of use is nonsense and water coming out has zero tds, unhealthy. And there is no way to change tds. Hence water quality is also poor.

Pros 1 Quality is really good 2 you have hot water feature built in 3 Complete tank to tank fill takes 25min, that Is you will get 10liters in 25min 4 Easy to maintain, looks like you can change membrane or filters yourself. 5 I got a issue at first, seller was prompt to replace with new one. 6 All fitting accessories are included in the tap Cons 1 you need to pay some RS 600 for installation 2 Instructions manual is not user friendly This is my honest review, I won't post much reviews but this product is good it made it to. I have reduced one star because installation charges should have been beared by seller not end user. Thanks for reading Update : Had issues with the Taps leakage and Beepure customer support is good they have sent a brand new replacement taps free of cost and installation of them is straight farward.

Very beautiful product

One of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced with the Bepure CS team. The product has been delivered to me on 23rd July 2026 in Screen broken condition even though I accept the product thinking filter might work fine but today it is 1st August they’re not sending any Technician for installation. I was being told they’re arranging the installation but it never came even after 7 days. Now their customer care is not picking up my call not responding my message. I will highly recommend not to purchase this filter instead opt for any reputed brand. Initial stage their service are worst, think of it after sales service for maintenance. Big no for this product 👎🏻
