Won't ride without them.
I don't know WHAT I would do if I ever had ride w/o these grips. I was getting serious issues with my hands when riding my hardtails on longer rides. I use the GP1 on my hardtail but that would be too much for my FS mountain bike. These looked just right, and it turns out they are. Most MTB riders are not going to need this kind of grip, but my hands get tortured in my work, and a little extra ergonomic comfort really works for mountain biking. Paired with my good gloves, I have no issues with my hands anymore while riding with these grips. Other riders are saying that it has to do with bar/stem height, saddle position, etc., I've been through ALL of that. Everything for "fitting" is putting me in the correct position, this one really comes down to my hands. There's something else I think is important here as well. Often times when mountain biking, you want to have loose/light grip on the bars, and sometimes you need to grip tightly, depending of course on the terrain you're navigating through. When I need a sudden momentary tight grip and more control, these things distribute your strength more evenly. There's is more strength and force in your hand the closer you get away from your fingers and nearer to your palm. If some of that strength gets distributed to your GRIP, you'll distribute that strength as a far better grip on the bars leading to less fatigue. The grip of the pattern and material is superb. I would suggest you ride them with gloves, but I always say MTBing with gloves is a no-brainer anyway, and I have NO slipping issues at all, in any conditions even plowing down over some rough rock garden terrain. The collet mounting screw hasn't loosened or moved at all. There are a lot of high quality pro level grips for MTB that I think are fantastic products, but I wouldn't use anything else due to that extra material extension that I really have to ride with to eliminate fatigue. In the pic' you'll see they even look great on my carbon Stumpjumer with the orange detailed Deity Black Label bars! ~JSV

Save your wrists, work well.
I’ve used these grips on theee different MTBs, and they help reduce wrist strain tremendously. They’re perfect mix of rubber and structure that works really well. They’re expensive, but worth it (I’ve tried the knock-offs - don’t bother!).

Ergon grips
Theyre good. Comfortable grips. Probably should have bought black ones. Orange ones need regular cleaning

Durability is questionable
They are nice and comfortable, durability is questionable. I purchased about 4 months and the top layer of the rubber is peeling on the grip. I would purchase again though.

Hit most of the marks
These grips are easy to install, lock down tight with a hex key at just the right angle. They are soft and grippy and help ease my tendency towards carpal tunnel issues. I only wish they had a tad more flat surface area to spread weight. Overall, I am happy with them.

Comfortable
But prone to dirt. Easily cleaned, but they pick dirt just as easily.

Excellent comfort and grip
Use these on my mountain bike on regular 1-5 hours rides of medium to difficult technical single-track trails. These are excellent. The ergonomic style is great on my hands especially on technical descents where there is a lot of braking of simply hanging on :). They have excellent grip in wet weather. They go on easily yet lock securely. There is nothing more I’d want out of them.

Da ich i.d.R.
