NeilMedSinuRinse/60 Sachets Kit Including P & P* by NeilMed

This bottle is a complete game changer for me, and I wanted to tell anyone who has sinus problems to give it a go. I have nasel polyps, and for around 20 years I have been unable to smell of taste anything, which is miserable, I have missed out on many things that others take for granted, then one day I had an appointment with a different ENT consultant, who seemed, for once to take my problem seriously, I had become resigned to a lifetime of blocked/ runny nose, repeated infections, sore throat, constant cough. He prescribed two weeks of antibiotics ( much to the dismay of my gp,) and more importantly he told me how to use the Neilmed bottle properly, I had been using it wrongly, you need to squirt a full bottle up each nostril, not unpleasant if the water is tepid, with your head over the washhand basin, I did this twice a day whilst on the antibiotics, then down to once a day from then on, and I am amazed how great everything is now, I still use my prescribed nasel spray, Avamys, but that's not a problem, all of my previous problems have gone. I don't use the sachets provided with the bottle, my consultant said 3 pinches of table salt,1 pinch of bicarbonate of soda into 1 pint of cooled boiled water. I am thrilled at the results, so please give it ago, I hope your results are as good as mine.

Bought this after being given one by the doctor to help with keeping my sinuses clear following surgery and been using them for over 2 years now.Works exactly as it should. Clears a lot of stuff from my sinuses that I can't get rid of by just blowing my nose normally. Bottle says replace every 3 months, but I've found they last a lot longer than that even though I use mine at least twice a day.Don't know if the solution powders are much good - the doctor didn't think they were necessary told me just to use cooled boiled water with a bit of salt in it.
