Great deal, as I was not ready to purchase larger bulk at this particular time. I use a gtube, and this is 1 of my important supplements in my feedings!

I use this every day in my mushroom coffee. Stirs in well with just a spoon...you don't need a frother to blend it. Tastes great. I doesn't have an overly coconutty flavor. The only thing that I don't like is the cheap zipper at the top of the bag. I have to put it in different containers to keep it fresh because the zipper broke it's first day.
