Persevere with this
First charge the device to use. Start on a very low setting eg 3 , it will feel like an electric shock to start with but persevere, it is worth it. Fantastic piece of equipment. Use when watching TV, need to be barefoot, doesn't work with socks. Easy to store and carry around if needed.
