Finn ComfortWomen's Ikebukuro Oxford

These are not lightweight or very flexible, but well-designed and generously cut shoes in the toe box and width generally. They are in my nonmedical opinion sound and supportive shoes for those on their feet all day. When you don't think about your feet, and occasionally notice they feel good... that is a good shoe in my book. Leather lined, nicely finished.

I've been overjoyed to find these shoes, as no other shoe offers the support and comfort and (sorry) cuteness that they do. I have Morton's Neuroma, and could hardly walk at all before discovering these shoes. Over the years that I've owned several pairs, I've been able to not only walk, but dance and hike. I strongly recommend them! One thing, though, that has me concerned: They are hard to find now and the colors are limited. I especially love the red ones, but can't find them now.

I bought these for a trip with lots of walking but was unable to wear them the soles are so hard my feet hurt so bad.

I live Finn comfort and had my first pair years ago as a hospital nurse. They have expanded their styles and I love them. Very expensive, but last a lifetime! My feet are worth it.

Sturdy, long-lasting even with daily wear, excellent arch support, ideal for plantar fasciaitis. Roomy toebox and removable/washable cork inner sole. A worthwhile investment. I have the same shoe in brown and invested in a second pair of the black after many years of wear on my black pair. Insoles can be replaced through Finn Comfort, possibly Amazon.

These shoes are amazing. I wore them for a few hours the first day, and all day the second day, and they are enabling me to walk without limping - due to a hip and a knee injury in early March (I fell on ice), I have been experiencing immense pain in both, and have been unable to walk for any length of time because of the pain. These shoes have helped me to walk almost (but not quite) normally, and without pain. I do not expect them to be the answer to all my pain, but I am hoping. ~ As for size: I bought them hoping to wear heavy wool socks with them, and I can. They are not a pretty shoe, not the least bit dressy, but they are cute, and go well with jeans. ~I wish I had heard of Finn Comfort years ago.

I finally was able to wear this pair of shoe to work all day....I get up and down my chair walk along the hallway as an office manager....to me this shoe looks sporty but the materials and stitching is what makes this shoe special. Depending on the shoe design my left foot can swell up about 1/2 inches due to tightness around the toe box top of the shoe(painful!)....this shoe allows a natural space for the toes. I did wear them at home for 2 - 3 hours at a time to break them in and then the next day wore them all day! I have mostly Finn Comfort due to flat feet and my left foot is 1/2 inches longer and wider than my right foot. I have a narrow heel (duck feet) ... so sad....So I already know that for whatever the reason finn comfort works for me. The main problem is expense and finding them in a shoe store to try them out before purchase. This is the first time I have purchased a shoe on line. I had to send back one shoe already but this one fits....I am happy to have a shoe that fits and I hope to have this shoe for a long time. I mean YEARS....I resole all my finn Comfort when needed. This was worth my time to find a good shoe.

Perfect athletic shoe for my power walks + weight training + everyday wear. Fully lined in nappa leather inside and out -- and the cork insoles also lined in leather was a pleasant surprise. The rubber sole is thick and should wear well. The only "but" is that the shoe laces are a bit short for those of us who double knot athletic shoes. Having to add longer shoe laces was a small inconvenience when these shoes exceeded all my other expectations.
