Best ointment for very dry eyes
Excellent ointment for dry eyes. It needs to be put on last thing as it totally blurs your vision, but it really does help. Produce arrived in sealed boxes with security tape. They also had a long date on them - you never know if product has been gathering dust in a warehouse for decades, but this was only manufactured quite recently.

RETURN GEL IN METAL TUBING
This depends on whether you get a plastic tube which is 5 star or metal tube which should not have any stars.Dear Sir/Madam, As you can see from your records I have ordered this product 33 times in batches of 3 and each order has mostly been to the sum of £90, which means I’ve spent thousands of pounds. On the whole I have been happy with your product, however you should be aware that your packaging is sometimes plastic which is excellent but other times metal which is sadly below standard. The reason being that the metal causes the gel to shoot out of the tube even with the slightest pressure. This causes half of the tube to be wasted. The other issue is that the metal is very sharp on the eye lids. I really find these tubes unsatisfactory. I currently have 20 tubes in my fridge and at least half will be wasted because of this ridiculous tubing. Surely it can’t be so difficult to use plastic tubes? I believe you should compensate me for the foreseeable wastage.

I find this product is the best one to help with my dry eyes. For nearly a year I couldn't get it and found that an alternative one wasn't as good for me, so I am delighted it's back. No more worrying about my eyeballs sticking to the inside of my eyelids during the night!
