I bought an entire box. +1/4 of the bags arrived liquified and were useless!. They never activated and felt all just as if water was inside. I can't figure out how could they not inspect that prior to shipping?. I got them the day prior to my surgery, so l had no time to return the entire box for replacement .. l felt ripped off! As there was no other instruction in the box for if that ever was to happen..how to replace just the ones not working! Buyer be aware!PS. Someone suggested ..maybe b/c UPS trucks are not equipped with A/C it may had to do with the "melt down" of some of these products.

Theses activate very easily- that may be one problem - (unlike other ice packs your hardly have to squeeze to activate- there is no pop) but that’s where the convince ends. After shaking for 15-20 seconds they don’t even get as cold as water from your refrigerator- I bought to use for pain from nerve disease/cancer when I feel like I’m on fire - but couldn’t even feel the cold and pack was warm within 10 minutes.

These things are worthless! You get less that 5min of cold. You:d be better running vomd water over an injury than using these

Very disappointed in this product! We are a sports family. During one of our softball games our catcher got hurt and I popped one trying to help...needless to say, it didn’t work. After I popped it, it did get cold and instantly went to room temperature within 5 mins. Very disappointed!!!!

Bought these for my sports teams, barely gets cold - pretty much a waste.

Perfect to take with out softball team to games! Beats trying to find ice and a bag!

I didn’t really want disposable packs but still defeats the purpose. I wanted reusable packs

These were horrible. Getting them activated was near impossible and I just gave up. I don't recommend these!
