Great replacement for gluten-free diets. Delicious.

I have been missing pasta after my Diabetes diagnosis. These are a great replacement… made with chickpeas and have lots of protein. Just be sure not to over cook or they will get mushy and be sure to rinse the foam off in a colander when done! I eat this by adding a little olive oil with a basil pesto or a lemon pesto.

I got these as another option without gluten for my gut health. They are an excellent value for the amount you get. They are a low carb and have high protein. Preparation is a little of an art. I would use a lot of water and I had to skim the top several times. They taste good. And they hold up very well for gluten free.

This tastes similar to traditional spaghetti. The texture is close to traditional spaghetti, but it has a slight beany/pastey/powdery mouth feel that is difficult to put into words. Nonetheless, I will buy this again. Edit: After some experimenting, I've learned that if I cook this longer than I would traditional spaghetti, it loses the unusual texture I attempted to describe above. While it is not as al dente as I cook traditional spaghetti, it is worth the sacrifice for the high fiber. This product has become a staple of my new high fiber diet.

Best pasta ever! Tastes like the real thing you won’t even notice!

My wife has celiac disease. This pasta is an absolute godsend. It tastes god, has great texture and hold up overnight for leftovers the next day without getting gummy or hard. Plus it’s got protein! What’s not to love!?!?

This pasta tastes very, very close to regular pasta. However, I do reccomend that you cook it for the maximum time they recommend. The shortest time is really al dente! I mean on the verge of being mealy and under done. The longest time would be the best. I stopped in the middle and I would say that was a typical al dente. I like a softer noodle. The value is OK. It costs more than regular pasta and is similar in calores to regular past, but way more protein and it doesn't spike your blood sugar. This is a great choice for ketogenic and diabetic diets.

7-06-2026 Mon Being a diabetic means checking everything you eat. This pasta has no sugar, so I buy it all the time. Please write to manufacturer to create other foods for diabetics

Right after I submerged in water, the spaghetti pasta broke into bits and pieces and its not even cooked yet.

This item was opened and used when received. Absolutely appalling.

I have tried protein pastas before, and I have tried very hard to like this. It just does not have the right texture. I cooked it according to instructions the first time- came out hard. Cooked for two extra minutes the next time-still nope. I then cooked it around 5 extra minutes which still gave me very hard, raw tasting pasta. I will not be buying this again. I had high hopes for this. The serving size is also small.
