Fantastic simple Amp, very little to improve on
Very clean amp with solid headroom — honestly more than enough, almost too loud for my setup. Running it on Polk Atrium outdoor speakers and it sounds fantastic. Beautiful, clean sound. Also really like the look of it. The volume knob is a nice size, feels just right to turn. The unit itself is a bit bigger than I expected, about the size of a novel. Power brick's kind of huge too, but it comes with a long cable, so just tuck it behind something and you'll forget it's even there. What I really love is how dead simple it is. There's no way to screw this up. I leave it on all the time — being class D, I'm assuming it's pretty low power draw, though I haven't actually measured it. If you want an affordable, no-BS amplifier, this is it. I'm looking at picking up a nice pair of bookshelf speakers soon, and I'm already having a hard time justifying spending more on an amp than this. Only nitpick, and it's a small one: if you're picky about tone, you might want an inline EQ. Honestly, if this had a built-in 10-band EQ for $50 more, I don't think I'd have a single complaint.

Surprisingly excellent
I was a bit skeptical of the claimed 300 watts x 2 at 4 ohm, so as a quick test I hooked this little amp up to a pair of Magnepan LRS speakers, which are legendarily power-hungry, and to a Marantz CD player. Surprisingly, this amp has no problem powering the Maggies at volume, and the sound is remarkably crisp, clean, neutral, and accurate. I normally power the Maggies using a pair of 400 watt Emotiva monoblocks, and the Fosi, though not as powerful as these monsters, is acquitting itself very well indeed. Of course, you do not get bass and treble controls or an onboard DAC, and you only have one (analog) input. Oh, and do get the 48 volt power supply instead of the lower voltage option. Still, you just broke one hundred dollars, and you are getting a lot more than you paid for. Possibly the best bargain in stereo gear today. Match this amp with a pair of ELAC Debut speakers and a WiiM streaming device and you would have an audiophile-quality stereo for very little money.

Ideal for setup
Nice little amp, plenty of power (48v supply), well constructed and at a price hard to beat. My setup is simple - includes DAC and preamp feeding the V3 with Dayton audio B65 speakers, in a near field application. Sound in this minimalist configuration is better than expected (speakers much better than expected). V3 doesn't break a sweat - loads of headroom - opportunity for speaker upgrade. Hope it works for me for a while - time will tell.

Underpriced, doesn't come close to specs. Nevertheless...
300 wats per channel? (RMS)? not in this universe. Some dubious HiFi manufactures, back in the late '60s, used a rating system of "IPP" (Instantaneous peak power) Which was the momentary highest possible power an amp could deliver before producing more distortion than music, or perhaps exploding (hyperbole). This seems to be the case with most of these Chinese mini amps. That being said, if you can get by with a realistically rated 75 WPC X2 amp this might be a good choice, your cup of tea. Actually, it sounds pretty good especially after installing a pair of Sparkos op amps I had laying around. I'm using it to drive a pair of Yamaha outdoor speakers on our screened porch, replacing a Dayton DAT-120. This little Fosi V3 is defiantly a step up in sound quality. The size is right, the price is right, light on bass, and it works pretty well for a tiny class "D" amp. Did I mention the price?

Great little amp for the money.
Ordered the Fosi V3 to replace a Fosi 20a I had purchased some time ago. The main differences are, the V3 is a more simplistic setup, promises more power per channel, and uses high quality parts internally. It can come with either a 32 volt or 48 volt power supply. Opt for the 48 volt power supply, you will not regret it. The larger more powerful power supply will get you higher volumes with better quality output On the back side of this unit are connects for a pair of speakers and an analogue input. The older Fosi 20a just did not have as much power particularly with only the supplied 24 volt power supply and fell short driving my Polk Atrium 6 speakers at loud volume. Now, I am using this as a garage system. Hence, the reason I chose to go on the cheap with this system. But....the Fosi V3 got decent audio reviews so what the heck. The garage system is a music system to accompany working on projects or the cars vs. just sitting and listening to music like I do with my home systems that cost much much more. So after connecting up an older generation Echo device to stream music, I used 14 gauge audio cable to connect the speakers to the amp. Very easy to do. The result is as you see it in the attached video. Loud enough for me and the overall sound quality is very good. So, this unit has few connectivity options but what it does, it does well. What I really like about this amp is its small size allowing me to store it in my garage wall cabinet. I would imagine this amp could be part of a home system in a small to mid size room Just be sure to match it up with a pair of good speakers. Speakers with a high efficiency rating will serve you best that is 90db or better. Recommended.

Grossly overrated power ratings but...
Great sounding amp in a very small package and clean with good channel separation. However, this is nowhere near 300w per channel as rated. Maybe 80 per channel? I'm not sure how they rate these but the number is grossly exaggerated.

Crazy power for its size
This thing is such a killer amp. I was running my stereo using an onkyo tx-905 receiver from the late 80s, an this one just does such a better job that it’s not funny. There’s so much more clean power to recreate bass frequencies that I almost don’t think I need a subwoofer. Almost.

Not home theatre quality but good
I was looking to free up some space as I was using a whole home theatre to drive two bookshelf speakers for music. I won’t lie there is an audible sound quality and of course the home theatre receiver takes the fake. But for being 10% its size and the price, it does its job. Again was just looking for something smaller and portable to be able to connect some bookshelf speakers as monitors for dj gigs. Update: I am returning the item. I connected smaller speakers to it but still not satisfied. Some genres sound fine like edm and hiphop, but live instruments etc not as great for the most part. As an open format and event dj I need a flat response all together. It was all fine with my home theatre just not something ideal I can show up with an event for monitors so for now I’ll prob just mix in headphones until I can find a more portable alternative that will likely be a bit bigger and cost more than this. Still obviously better than ur average Bluetooth or pc speakers setup.

Compact, Powerful and Excellent for My Cymatics Setup
I bought the Fosi Audio V3 primarily to use in my cymatics setup, and so far I’ve been very impressed with it. For such a small amplifier, it has plenty of power and drives my setup confidently. What matters most for cymatics is having clean and controlled output across different frequencies, and the V3 has worked very well for this. Frequency sweeps feel consistent, and I’m able to get strong, well-defined vibration patterns without needing a large traditional amplifier. I also really like how simple the V3 is. There are no unnecessary features or complicated controls – just a straightforward amplifier that does its job well. The aluminium enclosure feels solid and premium, and its compact size is particularly useful in an experimental setup where I already have other equipment, cables and the cymatics apparatus taking up space. It can get warm during extended use, which is something to keep in mind, but I haven’t found it to be an issue so far. Overall, I’m very happy with the Fosi Audio V3. My use case is probably quite different from the typical hi-fi speaker setup, but for powering my cymatics experiments it has been an excellent little amplifier – compact, powerful and easy to work with. Definitely recommended.

Eficiente amplificador clase D

Super. Netzteil mit 48V verwendet. Spielt in einer viel höheren Liga. Da rauscht nichts. Der Hintergrund ist einfach nur schwarz. Stereobühne perfekt. Der Kaufpreis ist schon fasst unanständig niedrig. Kaufen Leute.
