ive tried a few sundance supplements and im convinced these just arent all that good. i never seem to notice a difference, even with these being magnesium glycinate. whenever i take magnesium glycinate i immediately can notice a difference and ive tried various various brands while looking/finding the perfect one. this is the only one where i have not noticed any difference, both with general feeling and also with sleep, whenever i take glycinate (regularly at night), it usually kicks in after an hour and i feel sleepy and can fall asleep easier. with these however, i feel nothing, even after taking 2, and even if i need to up it to 3, at that point it's not worth, since id go through the bottle super quick with that amount each day. these dont seem to absorb well into the body, i think the amount of oxide is a lot higher than the glycinate present, so it's overly diluted in the end, which is what results in it only actually being 120mg per capsule.

Works great at helping muscle pain.

I take this with a D3 vit, as recommended. Take it before bedtime, makes me a little sleepy after 30-45 mins, and I get a good night sleep on them.

This and along with my other supplements and medication have really helped me stay asleep every night and wake up refreshed.
