This has worked for me every time, and I only need to take half a packet in the evening and I go in the morning. The pebbles are strange to take at first, but you get used to them! Would highly recommend :)

I don’t like chemical laxatives so decided to try this. Very please with result. No hard explosive reaction - just minor cramping and relief. I took at night and was going in the morning. I like that it didn’t seem to draw water from my intestine like senna tea does. I was pretty backed up so ended up doing 3 packets in 24 hours and I feel great. Ugh, this was a tough one.. I tried to like it but it was not pleasant. It basically did not work for me and only caused me tummy pain. The supplement itself comes in individually packed doses and it has clear instructions to not chew/dissolve the little pieces and to drink them with water. I made the mistake of letting them sit in my mouth for a second too long before I drank my water.. they were GROSS. But, that's how supplements can be so, ok fine. After a few hours, I got lots of tummy rumbles. I am sad to say, it did not work as expected though, since it only caused me pain and no relief. :( Maybe it will work for others better.. I may be brave and try it again in the future. o_o

This is a natural fiber laxative. If "natural" is your priority, this is what you want but it requires a surprising amount of stirring to get it to completely dissolve. It is not like the polyethylene glycol in Miralax which dissolves much easier.

This is my third time ordering this, and it really works! I take it when I've eaten a bit too much during the day and want to reset. I usually take it at night, and by morning, I’m ready to go (if you know what I mean!). It leaves me feeling lighter and refreshed.Definitely recommend for anyone needing a gentle cleanse! :)

Once you chug down the pebbles it does a great job of working the next morning. The issue with me and my kids is actually swallowing the pebbles. They are quite big pebbles so would need to eat them little by little and they do not taste good. The product advertises that it is for the whole family but I would not recommend giving to kids because the pebbles are larger than expected and not tastey to swallow, plus the kids may choke because they sometimes stick to the throat if not consumed with enough liquid.
