Great assistance
Love walking but as there are lots of hills and steep inclines, and this walking stick makes it so much easier

Better than a walking stick
I use my walking poles when I am out in the fields with my dog. I am waiting to have knee replacements so the poles are great for keeping my balance over the uneven ground

Treat them gently when you unpack
Be very careful when you first try to extend these poles as they very easily come apart and are a real pain to get back in again.You might be better paying more for better made product if you are a serious walker.
