Will this improve bad case of myopia in adolescent?

This device improves depth perception, the ability of both eyes to focus at the same distance. Myopia is the inability to see beyond a given (near) distance. This may help improve myopia, but is not the intention. I use it to improve my focus n the front sight of my air rifle.

Will this exercise help achieve fusion if the eyes are slightly turned inwards, rather than outwards?

If you believe the research, based on how it works, all eye muscles should be strengthened. I bough it to help me to hopefully correct my blurred Red Dot. It took about 8 weeks before I noticed a change. Good Luck.

How long do you needto do this to get results?

I really don't know. I've been doing it for a few months--a regular, brief daily routine--along with remembering to be aware of seeing out of both eyes, rather than ignoring my lazy eye. Don't know how long it will take to get results -- but I think of the words of my meditation teacher when asked a similar question: "try it for a couple of years and see what you think . . ."
