Does the company provide any independent third-party certification that the nonstick coatings are free of the listed (or any other) toxins?

They do not. However, researched of ceramic coated pans led me to this site and listed this as a top brand. It states all ceramic coated pans are non toxic. https://www.stonefryingpans.com/the-10-best-ceramic-cookware-reviews/

Does this 9.5 inch pan come with a lid?

No it doesn't. Our only pan that comes with a lid is the 11 inch frying pan.

I have used my pan once and everything sticks. I coated it with 2drops of oil as the instructions indicated to do. What now. Disappointing!

Yup...unfortunately I too after about 2 weeks every thing started sticking... Ahhhh... Now I just scrub it off hoping I'm not scraping into harmful chemicals of some kind on the surface and beneath... Hmmmm ... P.S I ALWAYS use olive oil and still..... I'm disappointed too.

Can it be used on an induction stovetop?

I was told the current product could not be, but that are working on a pan that could be used on an induction stove top in the future.
