Wrong product sent
I ordered this product once and got all the cartridges and they were all great, however I re-ordered and received one cartridge. I returned the single cartridge and received a refund. Believing this to be an honest mistake I ordered again. Again a single cartridge turned up. I will now be looking for another product.

Wrong item received
I spent £89 on the 10 pack replacement ink cartridge set and only received one ink cartridge so now have to go through the return process and wait 7 days for a refund before I’m able to order again!

Works as Expected
This ink works well for my old Brother J825DW. No complaints thus far. I suspect that the printer needs to run through the cleaning feature more often with this ink but for the price you still end up way ahead. I will be buying it again.

Nur eine Patrone erhalten
Statt angeblicher 10 Patronen habe ich wie scheinbar viele Käufer bereits zuvor, nur eine einzelne Tintenpatrone erhalten. Da bleibt nur eine Rückgabe und der ganze Versand war scheinbar umsonst.
