I purchased the Naroume 4ft Metal Ceiling Lamp a few months ago, and I was absolutely thrilled with it. It provided bright, even illumination for my kitchen, and the modern design was a perfect fit. Unfortunately, after a few months, the light stopped working.I contacted Amazon, and then the seller directly, and I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness. They immediately offered to send a replacement lamp, no questions asked! The customer service was truly exceptional.While I was initially disappointed that the first lamp stopped working, the seller's prompt and courteous resolution has completely turned my experience around. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement and enjoying the beautiful light once again. I highly recommend both the Naroume 4ft Metal Ceiling Lamp for its quality and the seller for their outstanding customer service.

This LED light fitting is very bright with a modern look, much brighter than the old heavy fluorescent fitting it replaced in our kitchen. It was very easy to install and the quality is good. Very please with this product.

Awful, paid an electrician to fit it, switched it on and worked for an hour then flickered and died to a very low light, turned the light off and then wouldn't switch on again. Called the electrician out to check everything so another bill, and checked our light circuit which was absolutely fine, but the light was dead. So total of one hour use and £100 of electricians bills. No good value!!!

Great looking light. Illuminates the dark hallway of our flat brilliantly! The first one we bought broken down after 4 months but the seller was very decent and replaced it straight away with an upgraded version.

The lights are very bright and very white light, not 'warm' but bright. The installation (passeed on to an electrcian in my case) was more difficult than it could have been due to the very small cable hole, OK in some areas perhaps, but in the UK where many homes have legacy wiring, you need a much bigger hole or would have to space the product from the ceiling. Other than that, great, look lovely.

A lovely light, excellent illumination & a lovely design but tricky to fit as the hole is only big enough for a single wire not a 3 wire ceiling fitting so we had to enlarge the hole.

Arrived next day. Well packaged and exactly as described.This is a great light. It's super, super bright on full and does not cast shadows. Ideal in our kitchen. Helpful that you can dim the level and change the colour.Fitting was very straight forward although the directions were a bit pants!I would definitely recommend this light, and the seller.
