I’m very impressed with this stainless steel crepe pan. The honeycomb nonstick surface works surprisingly well — food releases easily with minimal oil, and cleaning is effortless. It heats evenly across the entire surface, which makes perfect crepes, pancakes, and tortillas every time. The pan feels solid and well-made, and the handle stays comfortable to hold while cooking. I love this pan. It is perfect for pancakes. I use it on an induction cooker and it works perfectly. I have found that making one big pancake at a time works the best as the pancake cooks evenly from edge to center and looks great on a plate. I always use a bit of butter on the pan and the pancake flips easily, comes off clean, ready for the next. The pan cleans up with no effort (so far). Good purchase.

This is a decent frying pan if you want something low priced to look like it matches your hex clad set. While it looks like Hexclad, it is not the same quality or material. It's not cast iron and you can't season it. That said, I'm pleased with it since i wanted someting low priced that I can knock around the kitchen that matched my better Hexclad cookware. It's nonstick qualities are great so far.

Been using this pan for a while now, here’s the breakdown; Pro; heat up really fast, non stuck, non scratches, above to hold large amount of foods, durable, solid but not heavy, very easy to clean; hand wash or dishwasher machine, con; no issue so far. Conclusion; I really like this pan, even thou it says crepe pan, but I have been using it especially when making eggs in the morning, didn’t need to put too much oil, the fast heat up, making it really fast & easy to make breakfast, high recommended.

This pan is worthless on an induction stovetop despite the advertised compatibility. Lesson learned is, "Never buy an induction stovetop pot or pan where the seller does not show the actual bottom of the pan." The only "induction" (Ferromagnetic) part of this pan is an 8" circular pad that is attached to the bottom. That circular pad also makes that part of the bottom slightly raised and therefore the rest of the pan never makes the contact needed for induction. And even if i could make contact, the material is not even ferromagnetic. (I checked and it is not the least bit attracted to a magnetic which is a simple test for induction cooktop compatibility.) So, in essence, you only have an 8" induction pan and most anything place in it will only be half-cooked and have to be turned and arranged throughout the process, which makes any timed cooking a total guesswork. (Next I'm asking for my money back.)

The pan seems sturdy and well made. It is interesting that it comes with two spare screws and even a screwdriver! I am disappointed that the surface is a bit higher in the middle than at the edges. I bought the pan mainly to make omelettes. With a thin layer of egg, this pan produces a bit of a donut shape, with the center thinner than the outside, since much of the egg runs to the lower-height perimeter of the pan. I would have preferred the opposite, since it is easier to swirl contents from the center to the outside than vice versa.

So far so good no problems. I like it a lot, especially the pink color.

Just an outstanding quality pan. The finish is excellent, much improved from the old Teflon style cookware. Build quality is tip top, only unusual thing was the handle is separate and is bolted on by the user (so far no issues with that). The handle itself is smooth and comfortable, lovely tactile feel.

Excelente sarten. No tiene ningún tipo de teflón. La he probado con carne , huevo, etc. No se pega nada. Los restos que quedan salen muy fácilmente con agua.

La compré para quesadillas ! Que se comen mucho en mi hogar y porque todo tengo rosa en cocina ! Excelente grosor pintura y calidad ! Calienta rápido ! Fácil de limpiar ! Recomendable
