Gallagher Girls Box Set Collection By Ally Carter - 6 Books Set

Great box set for my middle schooler to read. She loves the premise of the books and the characters are easy to relate to. I like that they were sold as a set at a great value.

My daughter (12) loved these books so much that she read them multiple times. I am picky about buying her appropriate books for her age and these were definitely a big hit.

This is part of the series of books of teenagers who live in a foreign land, due to their parents being ambassadors from many countries and the stories concern the trouble the kids can get into - in a foreign land. Great read for kids and even adults!! You care what happens to them.

We're about halfway through this delightful series. Cammie is a self-conscious 16 year old would-be spy in training at the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women. Her mother runs the school, but leaves the reader wondering whose side she is on. Her mysteriously missing father is dead after a mission for the CIA...or is he? Her teachers have her best interest at heart...or do they? Her roommates range from the new girl, who is the one student in the school who speaks "boy," even though they all speak 14 languages fluently, to a certified genius whose software (purchased by the CIA and the state department) can crack any encryption, to the ulta-self-confident Bex. The best aspect of these books is that the plots are so tangled that even though you may only be twenty pages from the ending, you still don't have a clue was is going on, or going to happen. This is an unusual feature for a mystery series, as mysteries generally telegraph their endings to the reader. Another fine quality is the bouncy, colloquial speech of the main characters. By the author of the Heist Society series, which is even more fun than the Gallagher series.

I read these books when I was a teenager and remember waiting impatiently for each book to come out. They are compelling because of the deep friendships portrayed within. The spycraft, the romance, the humor - that's all second to the story of sisterhood that Carter has woven. I'm in my late 20s now, a completely different person, than I was when I first read this series, but it still resonates. If you love action, intrigue, the hilariousness of teenagers freaking out, and ride or die friendships, please give this series a shot.

Terrific Series of books. My 11 year old grand daughter was so involved in reading them that she didn't want to even use the i-pad. I enjoyed them too.

im not fussy so i ordered the cheapest ones in whatever condition expecting them to be pretty heavily used, but theyre in wonderful condition!

Got these for my 13 year old daughter for Xmas, she seems to really enjoy them. Quality of the books is A1.
