A Lifesaver for My Feet and Long Workdays!
As a warehouse worker clocking 10+ hours a day on concrete floors, my plantar fasciitis and flat feet were making every step agony. I’ve tried cheap drugstore insoles before, but they always wore out or didn’t cut it for my 230-lb frame. The PCSsole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for 220+ lbs are a total game-changer – these are the real deal for heavy-duty support and all-day comfort.Right off the bat, the high arch support feels like it was custom-molded for my feet. The deep heel cup keeps my foot locked in place, no slipping or sliding, even in my work boots during a sweaty 12-hour shift. The comfort cushion is no joke – it’s got just the right mix of firm support and soft gel padding that absorbs shock like a champ. After a week of use, my heel pain and arch soreness were down at least 70%, and I’m not limping home anymore. I even noticed less knee and lower back strain, which is a huge bonus. These insoles fit perfectly into my work boots and sneakers (I trimmed them slightly for my size 11s – super easy with the guide lines). They’re breathable, too, so my feet stay dry and odor-free even after long hours. The durability is impressive – three months in, and they still look and feel brand new, unlike others that flattened out in weeks. For anyone with plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or heavy-duty jobs, these PCSsole insoles are worth every penny. They’ve given me back the ability to work and walk without wincing. Five stars – my feet are finally happy

Restaurant worker Approved!!
Have been using these insoles for about a month now, and my feet have felt the difference. I work in the restaurant industry and am on my feet 24/7 unless I’m on my break. My hours are about 30 a week or greater, roughly 5-6 days. I’ve been having some sciatica problems for over a year now, in which my doctor said my shoes are one of the causes of my discomfort. I had bought these insoles and a brand new pair of work shoes (skechers slip resistant) and took out the soles that came with the work shoes and put these ones in. The first 3 days, the arches of my feet were a little sore (I might be flat footed I just don’t know lol) and it took that same amount of time for my heels to get used to wearing an insole, after that my feet began to adjust to the insole and i rarely come home with any sciatica pain now. My partner used to have to massage my feet after a shift due to the extreme tightness and pain that radiated through my heels and toes. On top of the massage, I would need to elevate my feet at all times to help the blood flow away from my heels and it didn't really relieve much of the pain. Now I don’t need them massaged because whatever pain I get in my heel, it gets absorbed into the insole. This is my first time purchasing any type of insole for shoes, so to me this is definitely worth your money as someone who is constantly on their feet. They are pretty narrow, so definitely not wide foot friendly, and you can cut off any excess to adjust the size! The smallest size offered was a 6 in women, and I’m a 5 1/2 w, so I had my stepdad cut the excess and it fits perfectly!

Insole support
Big difference in heel pain. Great support! Does lift my toe up cause of thickness but really good product.

Comfortable and supports arch well.
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a few years ago. I have been using a low profile powerstep orthotic. This orthotic not only relieved my pain, but my foot has healed and I can enjoy going barefoot for limited periods of time without pain. I recently purchased a new pair of athletic shoes and attempted to wear them without changing the insole to an orthotic due to the increased cost of the powerstep orthotic. This did not work. My feet and ankles were starting to hurt again.I looked for a cheaper alternative and found this one. It had good reviews and was HALF the cost. I have had them for a week and I LOVE them. They are not as rigid and hard as the powerstep. But I find the cushioning much more comfortable. The arch support is not as hard and rigid, it gives a little without giving up the support I need. They fit in my athletic shoes perfectly. I recently put on my old shoes for some yard work and found the powerstep very uncomfortable after wearing this one for a week. This is my new go to!

Comfortable and reduced plantar fasciitis pain
I have had some stiffness and discomfort in my ankle/foot mainly in the mornings or after periods of sitting. I self diagnosed plantar fasciitis with google. I bought some more supportive shoes that have yet to arrive so I got these inserts to bridge the time until the new shoes arrive. I've been using these inserts for a few weeks and they do seem to reduce the discomfort. I did have to remove the sole lining of my current shoes to make these fit more comfortably. I didn't think to do that right away and got blisters, but putting these in place of the old sole lining immediately improved comfort.

Not the cushion I was looking for. Too stiff and archy.
They came new and expediently. They fit perfectly in my size 11 wide shoes. no trimming required. The description didn't mention a high arch support in them, but they do.For me, they weren't very comfortable. My typical foot wear are either new balance or nike air monarchs. 11 WW. But being a bigger guy, I often wear out the cushions in them, before the shoes themselves, break down. I was looking to replace the insoles, to get more life out of them, so I'm trying out several brands of insoles.I have worn these for a week and though my feet seem to tolerate them better after that time, they still aren't what I was looking for. There isn't much "cushiony" feel to them in walking, like I get from a new pair of walking shoes.

Better then my Dr Scholls that I wasted so much money on
Feet saving insoles. I am truly happy with choosing this product. I have size 12 W woman’s Nike sneakers that I use while working as a nurse. I bought the size that =my men’s Nikes 11 size. My burning and arch pain have greatly diminished.

Great arch support.
These inserts are a blessing after having foot surgery. Even my surgeon said they align with my feet and provide good arch support. I’ve had one pair for almost one year and they are still feeling great although I’m not wearing them all day every day like some may need to do.
