I recommend.
Good quality, it may have been a return product because I see finger prints on the supposedly new item. I keep it because it appears to be in good quality.

Does its function as expected
I'm not sure if I should give the "stability" metric 5 stars or 1 star. The purpose of the "Balance Disk" is to *challenge* stability. If you're looking for an exercise prop that is perfectly stable and makes it easier to balance, then this is definitely not the product for you, if that is not apparent already. If you're looking for an exercise prop that has varying levels of instability in relation to extent of inflation, then this is the perfect prop for you. In terms of pain relief, I personally do not experience pain; however, it does well to challenge ankle stability, given a consistent balance regimen. So, I imagine that would reduce pain for certain people with pain that may be alleviated through ankle stability. It's good for acupressure for your hands and kinda fun to play with if you need a short desk break. It seems sturdy enough for your dog to play and chew on. Great as an acupressure foot rest, especially if you have two. You can also use it to strengthen your wrists if it does not meet your expectations and you decide to throw it across a field to your dog or against a wall to your malfunctioning clock. Will not deform after throwing, so you can throw it again.

It works for its purpose
I got this because it was only like $12, so worth it. But I will say to start that the seller did shoot it right up to $28/$29 right after I bought it, so it's like if one of their colors shows popularity, they will go in and manually change the price. Which I think isn't very honest because they should all just be priced the same. They'd get more sales that way. Obviously no one will pay $29 for one when there are a few at $12 still. -_-As for the product, it works like all the other wobble discs. I got it to strengthen my posture/back/core when sitting and to strengthen my heel. I believe it is helping so far after a week of on and off use. Do NOT use it for a whole 8 hours or whatever sitting. Only do it like 1 hour and then take a few hour's rest or even less time per day. Like 30 mins a day or whatnot. Your core is engaged sitting on it, so it will help your core, but you don't want to sit on it for too long since it's like doing pushups. You will just cause yourself damage if you engage a muscle for too long like that. Just get one of those rounded/cylindrical things to place against your back to help you sit up straight if posture is your issue. Or roll up a towel and place it against the bottom/mid of your back. That will help posture better long term. But this is just to strengthen your core through a short period of time each day so your posture comes more naturally to you. Also, if you are sitting in a leather or faux leather chair, place a towel or something under it or it will leave huge gauge marks in your chair that could be permanent. Likewise, place a towel on TOP of it before sitting if you are not wearing pants or wearing shorts where your legs will be touch it bare. Otherwise you will sit up and the pegs will be sticking into your legs and you will have to painfully peel yourself off of it. It does hurt. A lot. So protect your skin against it.

Absolutely love it! In fact I bought another one to have at home and at work. If you sit for extended periods of whoโs is a life saver for your lower back! Highly recommend

Easy, Affordable, and Effective
I purchased two of these after using balance aids in Pilates class and realizing how helpful it is to add a challenge to things like planks and other exercises. I keep one at home, and one at work where I have a stand-up desk.At work I mostly sit or stand on it while working, and absolutely love using it. I definitely feel added stability and flexion in my feet/ankles after beginning to use this at my standing desk, although I can only go for a little while before my ankles get tired. Bonus: we work with children on the Autism spectrum, and wobble cushions are popular and effective for helping our clients to focus - if needed, a child can borrow mine during a session, or I can allow them to sit on it while waiting for an appointment. At home, I use it mostly while exercising and also as a lumbar support when sitting to do crochet or watch a movie.Exercise aid, active sitting, or lumbar cushion - I've found these to be effective for all listed purposes. They're much more affordable (although smaller) than the well-known name brand balance aid that we use in Pilates, so until I can afford one of those, this is exactly the solution I wanted.

Not as easy as you think!
I find it a bit small. I would like to be able to easily stand on it with both feet. I am a small person, so I think it might be hard for some. Worth trying, though, because you can return it if it doesn't work. I would like to use it in bare feet, but the nubbly surface is not comfortable. However, it does keep you from sliding. Overall, a very good price and worth adding to your repertoire of workout gadgets.

I purchased this to help my son in theclassroom.
What I ordered is what I got. I made this purchase for my son who struggles with ADHD (to sit on in class). So, I found this one and it easily fit into his backpack and made it easy to transfer from class to class. It was easy to pump up (donโt over fill less air is better for mobility). The quality was really sturdy, better than I expected.

Good product, no follow up from the company
Takes a while but worth the wait, might need to mention that this is not for beginners once inflated. Solid product, website doesn't work.

Great alternative to Yoga Ball Chair
It took a bit of getting used to, but I love it!I used to use a Gaiam Yoga Ball Chair which had not so great wheels and on which the front bar kept breaking off. While looking for a new chair I stumbled across these balance disks. They work similarly to sitting on a yoga ball but are so much more convenient! No more measuring to make sure the ball matches the height of your desk!I would recommend this product to anyone who has an office chair they like but want the added balance benefits.Added bonus: because of it's low profile, it was easy to get started using it for short periods of time. For the first couple of days, I would use it on and off during the day easily storing it under my desk while not in use.It is made with high quality materials and I personally had no problem inflating it with the provided pump.
