This adjustable toilet safety frame and rails works great for my elderly mother. She had a different set with a cushioned seat before I bought this one. It was nice but you couldn’t close the toilet lid and I had to take off the entire toilet seat from another toilet to make it fit. But with this one I was able to adjust the height, keep the regular toilet seat on and use the toilet lid! It is very stable and now my mother can use the bathroom independently and feel safe! I would definitely recommend this rail set for anyone that needs extra support when getting up and down! The fact that you can also still close the toilet lid is great because mom can feel safe and clean!

My husband had a severe fall. This really helped him. It was easy for me to put it together. Now he's recovered I still use it when my arthritis is kicking up. It doesn't take up much space and it's easy to wipe off and keep clean. Recommend!

I bought this for my 100 year old mom when I replaced her toilet to the handicap height and put this on the commode to help her get up and down more easily. It adjusts in height as well as width which I did have to adjust down for her size and it was easy to do. The installation was simple, and the adjustable width made it easy to get the right fit without feeling cramped. The frame feels sturdy with no wobbling, and the 350‑lb weight rating seems accurate based on how secure it feels when putting full pressure on the handles. The padded grips are comfortable and don’t slip, even with damp hands. I like that the height and angle can be adjusted so it works with different toilet styles. It also doesn’t take up much space, and the open‑front design makes cleaning around the toilet easier than bulkier frames. I just lift it out to clean and place it back it is lightweight yet sturdy. If you need dependable support for sitting and standing, this is a strong, well‑built option that adds a lot of stability without being difficult to install. Great device when your wife has a broken leg from skiing. Seriously, when you are balancing on one leg, it is hard to pivot and sit down. This device makes it easy. Setup was simple and it's pretty sturdy. Plenty of adjustments possible to fit your particular toilet. My wife is 74 and I am 80 so we will be using these in the future for sure, whether we have broken legs or not.

It’s well-made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and I don’t have to worry about bolting it to the toilet. Big plus there. My only problem is the length from back to front. It sticks out a little too far in front of the toilet, and my mom‘s walker keeps getting tangled with the legs. Small bathroom. I can’t find any specifications from back to front just width and height. Other than that no complaints.

I wish I could give this 10 stars! We had gotten a toilet rail from the VA for my husband, and I knew from the get-go. It was going to be a terrible one. It was real wobbly it attached to the toilet itself and caused the toilet seat to become a carnival ride so I started looking for something different and I found this brand and decided to give it a try. I like the fact that it was not anything that attached to the toilet and that we could move to easily clean and take care of things. Putting this together was very very simple and also very simple when it came to alternating the fit for our bathroom. It’s very nicely made. It’s very stable. It’s portable. It’s got a good grip area. I would highly highly recommend this to anyone and highly recommend this company because I feel if this is the level of craftsmanship on this toilet rail, I bet the rest of the products are just as good!

This chair is excellent. It is sturdy. It was easy to assemble. My husband was discharged from a rehabilitation facility a few days ago, and is using a walker. He is frail and elderly. He had no problem taking an unaided shower, having this chair in the shower.

If you have a knee issue, whether a bruise, sprain, operation, and find that the hardest part of your day is going to the bathroom, because of how hard it is to get up? Then this is a God-send that you will appreciate the first time you use it. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was fairly easy to put together, and instructions were easy to read and follow. And adjustments after you've put it together are pretty straight forward. This looks to be very durable, even for someone like me at nearly 300 lbs. I'm already thinking of other locations around the house that I could use this. There were other lower priced options for this type of appliance, but this just looked more durable and a good value. This item wasn’t quite right for my elderly mother but it was a good quality product. The service was excellent. I had no problem getting a refund even though the company is based in the US, which was processed before the product was received. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
