Got this chair to help with my bad back problem, been keeping it in the house until back problem is OK, then will move it outside. Unfortunately, though reasonably comfortable the chair takes quite a lot of strength to push it back into a reclining position. The pad that comes with it is comfy, but too short--you can see in the pictures of it that the pad doesn't come down to the footrest. But worst of all the mechanism for locking the chair in any reclined position is EXTREMELY difficult to work--it's a ring on each side under the arm rest that must be pulled up and fitted into the underside of the arm rest. It's impossible to see the mechanism from a sitting position and very difficult to find the notch the ring has to fit in to lock the seat in any reclined position. As a result, the chair creeps from the reclining position into the sitting position even if you think the locking mechanism is in the right position. VERY poor design of this mechanism. DO NOT BUY!

Have had both sizes for over 2 years....both have been excellent. I definitely recommend having their cushions, and especially the oversize chair for those of us in the somewhat chunky population. Customer service is excellent, and I apologize to them for not writing this review sooner.Why now? Here, in San Diego's east county, we are watching the spread of a wildfire.....dangerous conditions expected. We are preparing, if need be, to evacuate. As I reached for the oversized zero gravity chairs (definitely with the cushions,) I was so glad to have something we wouldn't mind sleeping on.

The wider size is great, as I use this lounger for sleeping . It seems to be well built. I only wish it were longer as well as wider !I cut a pool noodle and put it on the bottom cross member. During use I also placed a pillow under my lower legs to keep my Achilles' tendon from resting on the cross member. (I'm 6' 2" tall) With my modifications, it worked well for me!

So close to being a great zero gravity chair, so close. Unfortunately the little plastic slide on the back right leg cracked, causing the bolt to bend (as pictured).Unfortunately, due to the design, this is something that cannot be fixed at home, so I had to return it.Everything looked great, looked like a solid well built chair, and was quite comfortable while it lasted. Just that one small failure point rendered the entire chair useless.I would love to get this chair again, if they fix that weak point in a future design.I gave this an extra star because the cushion was fantastic, I was sad to have to return it.

Nice product for ease of use and size. The hinge point between the arm rest and the leg frame, seems to be the only questionable weak point in the design.

The media could not be loaded.  Update** The company is refunding my purchase at no cost to me for the return.***I received my chair just 4 days ago and while I find it comfortable and just what I was looking for there are a couple problems. The tray has nice sized compartments but it does not really lock into place. My coffee mug shifts the tray to one side making for a probable fail with coffee spilling. I decided to get the extra large chair only for having extra room. I figured getting the xl version would mean it was far sturdier. The frame itself is, but the locking mechanism to hold your legs up is lacking. If I lean forward in the chair while in the reclining position the legs drop and a terrible racheting sound occurs. Its happened more than once and seems to get easier for it to happen each time. This is very disappointing. I have reached out to the company and will adjust my review per their solution.

Nice size for bigger folks, good and sturdy, but it is a lawn chair and comfort is about as good as you get with a chair like this.

The first 5 or 6 times I used this the parts were a little stiff when adjusting the chair but now it's fine. I have arthritis so that might be part of my perception. Chair is sturdy and surprisingly not too heavy for me to move. Everyone in my family had tried it & likes it!
