It is a working inverter, fan stays on all the time. could have used a controller on the fan when in idle. It uses about 1.7 amps in idle. I expected that being a low frequency inverter. It does run my 10,000 btu air conditioner. It will take a large battery pack to run it for several hours and a good solar setup. I probably should have bought the 24v model, but this will due for now.

it is working i have a lithium battery bank and i have ac mode selectected i have a question it really does not seem like the battery voltage is dropping before it recharges the battery bank.. i have the min battery voltage set at 12.5 and the 14.5 for full so i dont think this is doing what i set it two do is there any way two cheek.?? there is no way two contact anyone about this.??? i had it on unintended mode on the same settings and it shut the hole power side right down while it was recharging it is possible i had the levels set two high for return two full but it does not seem beneficial not two charge lithium full and run almost empty they are designed two do this after all.????

Works perfectly EXCEPT that when using AC Priority Mode it still can overload when using multiple devices of heavy load. Our 30Amp system can handle the microwave and fridge at the same time, but this gives a warning signal when you do that. Our intention was to use the inverter for fridge and selected other devices, the use generator or shore power firing high demand periods such as cooking , cleaning, and Air conditioning. The instructions say AC mode still supply output load first and charge battery, but apparently the inverter is still acting as a pass-through / conditioner and is limited to 2000 W continuous wile on shore power.

Avoid like the plague. I have the 2,000 watt version. On the outside it looks beefy and has good sized terminals to put thick cables but it does not have a transfer switch as advertised nor can it get close to its rates power. I put this on an RV, and when either the generator is running or connected to shore power, high powered loads do not work which means this unit does not have an advertised transfer switch. Looks like inverter is running all the time. When in inverter is on, does not run close to the loads they advertise. For example an 800 w microwave that a Victron or Goapower can power with a 1500 watt unit (lower rated than this inverter). On top of that their technical support time located in China are not helpful at all. I should add I am an electrical engineer.
