Always what's needed and always tasty

I am not great at drinking fluid at the best of times and when I am unwell, it is practically zero which makes you feel worse. I took two of these a day (in probably less water than was recommended) and they definitely helped. Flavour is nice but best if you don't mix it with fizzy/soda water as it doesn't taste as nice.

I was dubious about this because the only other rehydration sachets I've tried are awful. After being so unwell and dehydrated for over a week, I read hundreds of reviews and bought this to try. Thank goodness it's palatable. The tiniest bit salty, but not like that other brand! Would definitely buy again if ever I'm poorly. Quite expensive at £1 a sachet but if you're poorly and need it, it's worth it. And the bulk ones will probably work out cheaper, I only bought it to try. I've only tried the mango as that seemed to be the one people like the best. Overall, very happy with it. Thank you for rehydrating me Recuperol! ❤️

These feel very strong flavour wise which for some could be a bonus but not what I was looking for. Unlike other electrolyte drinks I like this is thicker. It does the job but the texture of it is a no for me.

Sent to my parents who had been unwell. They loved them. Great taste, seemed to help recovery.

Took this on holiday. Just in case. Easy to travel with and tasted ok.

Fit for purpose- does the job to make you feel rehydrated. Bought the mango flavour and it is quite salty tasting though
