Current price as of date of review: $31.46According to the instructions you are supposed to take 2 capsules 2 times a day. I just find that to be a lot on top of my other medications and supplements. I prefer powdered colostrum so that I can mix it into my protein shake. I also struggle swallowing capsules of this size. For that reason I took this for a few days and then discontinued use. The product does seem to be good quality, this formulation is just not for me.

These colostrum pills are easy to take with a small form factor. With small capsules the dose is somewhat large at 4 pills making up the 2000mg dosage. The capsules don't have any scent and I have not experienced any negative effects. Researching the web, there are a substantial amount of benefits to taking colostrum. While some of them are hard to detect without tests, I have noticed my stomach feeling better with less bloating and also maybe a slight boost in energy.

There are a lot of options for colostrum out there and this is a great one for the following reasons:- No weird taste side effect (no rancid burps etc)- cost wise, these are among the best bang for your buck- easy to swallow, only 2 pills/day (I've seen some that are 6 a day and no, no one has time for that)- seem to be workingNow I'm not the best judge of how well they're working because I also drink my own homemade kefir and take a probiotic, but these pills haven't screwed anything in my gut up so I think they're working just fine. As I said earlier, they're priced really well so if you're on the fence, you're not going to miss out on that much money if they don't work for you and if they do, you'll definitely be happy.

Seems good quality.I've taken a lot of supplements regularly for years and experimenting with a bunch more lately.This is rather pricey at review about $31 per month and I didn't feel any benefits though noted hair supposedly at 6mo so maybe just have to take longer.I am not planning on continuing this supplement and if I did I'd probably go for a capsule with quite less cost per day as they are out there.
