Great for sourdough. The powder is much finer in texture than most rice flour and doesn’t soak into dough like AP or bread flour. The really white color contrast on the bread is beautiful. Works great for decorating before scoring bread. Taste great and not bad for the price.

I cannot get rice flour any better priced near me. It came fast and was in great packaging. It works up beautifully and is very finely milled. It was perfect for the osmanthas and lavender rice cakes I made.

Works great for sourdough loaves to rise

Used for sourdough bread. It is so much better than using bread flour for the banneton. The flour rinses out easily and I don't have to worry about flour clogging my plumbing.
