I don't know much about matcha but this seems to be good quality. I like how finely milled it is. I kept it simple with just water and honey and it tasted good to me.

I loved this matcha! The powder is very fine and a vibrant green color, a true sign of its quality. This is the first matcha I have actually enjoyed. OK, I do enjoy the Matcha from Starbucks, but that’s like a whole different experience. Every time that I have bought Matcha from the grocery store or something it’s bitter. This Matcha is so smooth and so delicious it has no bitter taste at all. You can tell this is quality Matcha. I love that it comes with a little map that tells you exactly where it comes from. The only thing that I don’t like about this is that it is very expensive and you get a pretty tiny amount. But a little powder goes A LONG WAY! I do understand why it pricey, it’s because it literally is that good ! So if you have the money invest in good Matcha, it is definitely worth it.
