Cinnamon sticks have long been a favorite of mine for making hot drinks and teas to sip on. There are so many advantages to the variety of beverages to consume from adding cinnamon sticks and these provided a great scent and flavor to my hot beverages.

Although CEYLON cinnamon, which I understand is one of the healthiest, I have never used cinnamon sticks before, I was somewhat surprised to find only about 5 sticks for this price. This is probably very fair, but if you're using 2-3 stick with every "recipe" it is a little rich for people like me.

I do not taste the cinnamon at all. Maybe received a bad batch.
