Great product. Works well with app and easy to install. I jave used it for lights and it works seamlessly with app and touch is also good.

Avoid this product. I used it for less than 15 days under a super light load (just some lights and a low-power exhaust fan), and it overheated and smoked inside of wall box. The MCB didn't trip in time, and if I hadn't been home, it could have started a serious house fire. Customer service was absolutely useless and full of excuses. First, they tried to tell me it's "clearly mentioned" that you can't connect a fan to it. When I asked where it says that, the rep pointed to a warning against "heavy appliances like air conditioners" and seriously tried to argue that a tiny exhaust fan counts as an AC because they both deal with air. When I called them out on that absolute nonsense, they suddenly changed their story and tried to blame a "high voltage spike" in my house. But only these two units burned out everything else is perfectly fine in my house including another fan switch from the exact same company sitting right next to the dead one. Clearly, this is a product defect and not a house-wide surge. Later told me only one room might have had the issue. They just dont want to take the blame on their product and would blame the buyer instead of investigating why their product is hazardous and buringing smoking inside people's house. It’s the cheapest switch on Amazon, but it's not worth risking your house over. Really disappointed in the brand more then the product. Saw a even severe burn case in the review.

Works great, been using it for more than 5 months

Product is good but not fitting properly in anchor penta switch board. After 5-6 months switch stopped working, I contacted to customer support and received active response from them, they fixed it and delivered to me quickly, I had good customer support experience.

While the switch does work, don’t expect smooth performance—being a Chinese product, it sometimes shows as offline even when it’s well within WiFi range. The build quality is average—not bad, but definitely not great either. For the price (around ₹1000 for a 4-gang switch), it’s a cheap option, but there are trade-offs. One major concern is privacy. Since it’s made in China, there’s always a risk that the device could be tracking usage or accessing data, which raises serious privacy and security issues. That’s why I personally do not recommend buying Chinese smart devices. If possible, go for a Made in India alternative that ensures better data protection and support. Also, make sure to check the size of your switchboard plate before buying, as it only fits specific models like Anchor Roma Classic. Overall, it works—but with limitations. I wouldn’t rely on it for long-term use. Better to invest a bit more in a reliable, secure product.
