Dear Bonkaso Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Bonkaso water dispenser units I recently purchased. I bought a total of three units—one for myself and two for my relatives. Unfortunately, one of the units is not functioning properly, specifically the chilled-water feature, which is not working at all. We have already emailed your support team regarding this issue, but we have not received a proper solution. Despite requesting a technician visit, we did not get any clear response or assistance. This lack of support is very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple units. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the faulty unit or replacing it at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response

This design is really super sleek yaar, perfect for using at home or in office both. It is great pick for one single person or even small family with 4-5 people living together. The heating and cooling they both work so smooth, no any issues coming so far at all. Smart design take very less space only and also use less power too much. Overall it come as pretty cost-effective product, worth buying.

It is nice and good quality product cooling temperature is good and it's usefull for home and office area. No leakage , durability is nice but small damage in body before delivered.

The design is incredibly elegant and little. Both at home and in the workplace. especially the ideal choice for a single person or a small family. Both the heating and cooling systems are operating without a hitch. Perfect design requires very little room and uses less power. overall cost-effectiveness.

Third Class product, recently purchased, getting bad quality water having chemical smell in it, heater got damaged, useless product customer care is not supporting, they charged me 1200 for service also and committed that if it doesn’t work will replace it and refund service charges , after service same thing happened again bad water taste, now denying for refund and replacement.
