قمت باستخدام هذا المنتج من أجل استخدام طباخ متطور للطبخ وسريع ويوفر طاقة كهربائية.مع الأسف بعد استخدامه لمدة أقل من شهرين تعطلت لوحة السخان الكبيرة ولم تعد تتعرف على وجود الانية الستيل عليها فقط بقية السخانات استمرت تعمل.حاولنا مع أمازون لإرجاعه بغرض تصليحه لأننا أحببنا استخدامه ولكن مع الأسف لا توجد صيانة لهذا المنتج هنا في الامارات.لذا تم إرجاعه لمخازن أمازون وتم أسترداد الأموال كاملة من أمازون مع تكاليف شحنه أيضا من قبل خدمات أمازون الممتازة.
