great small rv television we had problem with cable connection break off and company was great sent out replacement and sent label for return of our damaged one. company was great would buy a outdoor one from them

One of the worst electronics experiences I’ve had. Apps either take long time to load or don’t work. Overall tv is very slow when processing channel or input changes. Sound quality very sharp and harsh. External case on unit very flimsy for tv designed for RV use. When first initiated tv would not auto set time and date. Since no manual included customer service replied to do complete hard reset rather explain where to actually find adjustments in settings. Overall poor quality.

works on 12V, as advertised. but it seems like my first flatscreen TV I had back in 2005, because it's probably not even 720P picture quality, and the sound is barely acceptable. We're definitely going to need a 12volt sound bar because it sounds like people are yelling on the other side of our wall. Turning it up only makes it sound like the fight next door is getting out of control. That said, it is one of the few 12V TVs this size and it works consistently (smart functions too), so I'm giving it 4 stars

Much better setup than the original Jensen TV. The Sylvox has the speakers on the bottom front so sound projects out and not down like the old tv so hopefully it can be heard over the camper’s air conditioner. Also the remote is Bluetooth and not IR so you don’t have to point the remote exactly in the right place to get it to work. The TV response to the remote takes a moment or two so you need a little patience. We had no problem getting it setup and getting our favorite streaming apps running.

Great smart TV for our RV.

Seems to use a lot of power and the menus are very cumbersome. Turning on the sleep timer takes about 5 key strokes on the remote. Speaker sounds tinny. I would not buy this again as it was a little pricey for what you get. I considered returning but there aren't many other choices out there for 32" 12V TVs and I boondock a lot

Was skeptical at first because I never heard of the brand. Turns out, we are very happy with this 12 volt television. It is easy to change between 120v and the 12v adapter. We can get broadcast channels, cast directly from our wifi hot spots or use mirroring with USB-C to HDMI cable. It also has a lot of available apps to choose from and has an easy to use remote control.

I mounted the tv on my boat and it looks great. I haven't tested everything but looks like a good tv a with poor sound. However it has lots of option for connecting to a stereo receiver, Bluetooth, wired, optical cable etc.

Cool tv but i have horizontal lines that keep showing up and let's just say it has not even been a year and i was not cheap so this is deceiving plus there is no way to contact seller for exanging product for the one year warranty.

Great TV. It's the pricing that is a bit crazy for a 30 inch tv. I needed a 12 volt tv and had to pay a crazy price for one.
