Great Journal
I really like this journal. It feels sturdy and well made. I also like how many pages/entries there are and the macros page in the back is great. There's also a little storage pocket that you can slip some folded notes into in the very back of the journal. Very happy with the purchase.

good quality journal
I like that this journal is hardcover with a velvety finish. It's pages are nice and thick. Pages are repetitive but that's to be expected. Lastly, it comes with a back pocket sleeve.

Very Nice Journal, but…
The media could not be loaded. I ordered 3 food journals (enough for a full year), out of the three, ONE was put together wonky. The cover is correct but the pages on the inside are upside down.Now, beyond one that is topsy turvy, I do like this journal. Nice hardcover, it’s sturdy, the pages are not thin and wimpy, and helps you keep track of food groups, sleep, water intake, and energy level. I’m almost surprised it doesn’t include blood sugar, which I wouldn’t be opposed to since I’m insulin resistant and tend to monitor mine because of this. I like to focus on calories, carbs, and fiber (which fiber tracking is not part of this book) so this is perfect for my needs. However if you are a person who tends to write large, this journal may aggravate you. The lines are a wee smaller than college ruled notebook paper. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to using the journals on my healthy eating practices.

2 in 1 Workout and Food Journal!
Very nice, smooth, almost light velvety feel, hard cover Weight Loss Journal that also helps keep track of your workouts. It's like a 2-1 journal to help you keep track of your progress. The beginning of the journal is your 6 month calendar, measurements tracker, and your starting point and results. Then each page after is what you eat, drink, basically whatever you consume (calories, fat, proteins, carbs, etc.) and then your workouts. So, you open the book up, on the left is your food/drink intake and on the right is your workouts. This is a great way to keep up with whatever you eat and drink and what workouts you do each day for 6 months. You put your daily weight (I'm assuming morning weight) on the left at the top of the food journal and after you workout, it has a place at the bottom right for your weight after your workout.I wanted a journal that would help me keep track of what I consume(eat) and my workouts. I did NOT want to keep up or try to track in 2 different journals. This is way easier than keeping a standard notebook. I could just keep track on an app. Sure, go ahead if that's easier for you. However, I'm more old school and would much rather hold a book in my hand and write it down to look at anytime instead of depending on some app. I feel like the Journal is the better way to go because it is an extra step that helps hold you accountable and can help motivate you to keep going to reach the goals you set.

Being Accountable
I got my journal! It's everything that was described about it in the description. It is a beautiful hardcover journal and the touch of velvet on this cover is awesome. Inside my journal I am going to be able to hold myself accountable for my weight loss journey. I love that I can track my nutrition intake too. Accountability is everything. I love my journal!

A Great Meal Planner
I once read, “A goal, unwritten, is just a dream.” This 180-page food planner helps you eat better as you track your meals and snacks each day. At the beginning of this hard-bound book is a page for writing down your goals and action steps, before and after photos, body measurements, and a place to write in a reward, if achieved. On the rest of the pages, there are places to mark your fruits and veggies, water, and caffeinated drinks, to help bring awareness to what you ingest. Another area addresses weight, body fat percentage, energy and activity. You could use this planner for improving your nutrition or you could use it to lose or maintain weight. This planner is nicely made with a suede-like material on the cover. There is a place for a pen and an elastic band to mark your place or to keep the book closed. I think the price is a bit high at $18.99, but if it helps me achieve my goals, it will be worth it!

Bang for your buck!
I was pleased to see journal as pictured and velvety smooth to the touch. There’s so many ways you can keep track of your weight loss journey without overdoing it and making it feel like a chore. It does only track 6 months as I thought maybe I’d get a year out of it but that’s not bad and when I complete 6 months I can buy a new one because I have a lot of weight to lose. Overall it’s well made, reliable and not overly big so it can fit in your purse or gym bag.
