Can I turn the fan unit on while it is still plugged into the wall and charging?

No. For your safety, the fan unit will remain off until the unit is unplugged from the wall.

How come when I press the power button, the fan unit won't turn on?

You must press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. If the fan unit still does not turn on, check to see that it is unplugged from the wall. If it is unplugged from the wall and still not turning on, try recharging the fan unit.

Why does the fan unit shut off while my kids are playing with it?

The fan unit has an automatic shut-off feature after 15 minutes of running to prevent the battery from draining. Simply press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it back on.

My fan unit will only run for two minutes at a time. How do I fix this?

The fan has 3 modes, with mode 2 being a demo mode where the fan runs for 2 minutes. To switch back to default mode 1, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the green lights blink 3 times. Repeat until the green lights only blink once.

Can I charge Air Toobz through an adapter outside of the United States? If not, can I use a different charging cord?

Charging requires a type A or B style wall plug and an input voltage of 100-240v AC with a frequency between 50-60Hz. If your adapter meets these requirements, then you can use it. You should not use a different charging cord as it may cause damage.
