Push Sports Patella Support Brace Knee Strap for Pain Relief of Jumper’s and Runner’s Knee Arthritis and Injury Recovery

I was getting shooting pain under my kneecaps intermittently on each knee or both at once and sometimes a locking sensation . I’d tried a support from amazon which gave me MORE pain, this looks simpler in design and actually looks LESS supportive however I don’t know how or why but it’s solved my problem so far. Very impressed, has given me the confidence to do longer walks, the only downside is you are conscious they are on ( best to experiment with tightness)but it’s a minor gripe really. Can’t be seen under jeans neither. So pleased I bought them.

I’ve had a few of these types of band and this one is by far the best! Walking the dog was becoming a pain, literally in the knee. Others of this type have been ok but I always had some pain and so walked carefully. But this Push knee strap has had a miraculous result, no pain, I walk normally and further, my dog is well pleased!

Having purchased a previous model many years ago I needed a new pair, bought two of these and the quality is one of the best for sure. If I could improve it a little I'd ask it to dig in less at the back and to perhaps to lightly cushion around the patella like the older model did. Other than that this is the best I have come across.

This is a well-designed product that immediately worked like magic for my jumper's knee. It's comfortable and stable while running and jumping. I've used a couple of the cheaper Chinese-made straps in the past but performance wise there's just no comparison to this one. While those are bulky and cover the entire area below the kneecap, this one has a slender gel pad that you can place exactly where needed and with just the right amount of pressure. Very happy

So far so good. Great product feel the support it gives to the knee etc. Also very discreet and easily worn under pair of Jean's etc.

Bought this on good reviews, did not feel any benefit when out walking or exercising, very disappointed as expensive , better with knee support sleeve and could have purchased an excellent one for this money.

Molto utile, aiuta a sostenere la rotula posizionato nella giusta posizione e il non da per niente fastidio dietro al ginocchio, ha un taglio perfetto per non attorcigliarsi dietro. Vi consiglio di usarla per la corsa e le camminate, per la pesistica meglio una fasciatura, questo prodotto tenderebbe a dilatarsi se la si forza troppo spesso. Comunque ottimo acquisto. Erst mal dachte ich was soll das bei meinen Knie schmerzen bringen, aber schon nach dem ersten Tag waren sie weg :)). Hab die Bandage jetzt jeden Tag an und seit dem auch keiner Schmerzen mehr, konnte ja stellenweise kaum noch Treppen laufen . Wenn ich die Bandage mal 1-2 Tage übers Wochenende nicht anhabe, sind die Schmerzen sofort wieder da

Good for what it's worth. It is comfortable and great quality. Unfortunately for me, it didn't help much. My injury is worse than expected

After getting a case of runner's knee from a climbing trip, I initially tried a full knee brace that was cumbersome, uncomfortable, and didn't help the pain. I therefore had very low expectations when I bought the Push, which looked like an overpriced velcro strap; however, the pain literally vanished when I started using it. I run, on average, 5k a day, and kept using it for months with no problems. On a recent trip I forgot to bring it with me and during a run on a hotel treadmill, the pain started creeping back. The strap is of high-quality construction and it stays firmly in place even with heavy sweating. Note that the silicone pad has a protective film on it that you should remove before use. There are velcro attachments on both sides of the padded section so it is infinitely adjustable, and you may need to play around with the tightness and angle of attachment until you find a configuration that applies the proper pressure. There are multiple reasons for getting knee pain (abnormal foot pronation, quad/hamstring muscle imbalance, overuse, etc.) and it may be that this won't be a solution for all, but it's definitely worth a try.
